Do you run background checks?
No. EM vets experience, chart-reading, samples, and references before a profile goes live, and ratings from completed bookings keep the bar up after that. Churches are welcome to request a background check at their own discretion, particularly where a musician will be around volunteers or minors. Many churches already run their own process for anyone serving on a platform.
