What are strikes, and what happens if I get one?
Cancelling a booking late puts a strike on your profile. Two strikes within twelve months removes you from the network, and strikes age off after twelve months. If a cancellation was caused by an emergency or something outside your control, you can appeal — email us with what happened. Appeals are reviewed individually.
