Planning Center

Connect your PCO schedule in 3 steps

Watch it happen in the app. Connecting takes a couple of minutes — nothing gets booked and nothing gets charged.

Emergency Musician app: connecting a Planning Center account and seeing open positions appear on the Home screen.

How it works

Three steps, one time, and you're done

1

Sign in with Planning Center

Tap the Connect banner on your Home screen and sign in. Your password goes straight to Planning Center — EM never sees it or stores it.

About 30 seconds.
2

Pick the services that need musicians

Sunday morning, midweek, youth, holidays — choose every service where you'd ever need to fill a spot. EM watches those services for open positions.

Selecting a service doesn't book anyone and doesn't cost anything.
3

Match your positions

Tell EM which kind of musician fills each spot: Keys goes to Keys/Piano, Worship Leader goes to Vocalist. We suggest the match, you confirm it.

You can change a match any time.
The payoff

Empty spots come to you, instead of you chasing them

Open spots appear on Home

When a position goes empty in Planning Center, it shows up in EM as a PCO Open Positions card — service, time, and the spot you need.

One tap to find someone

Tap Find on EM and you see vetted musicians who play that position and are free that morning.

You stay in control

Nothing is auto-booked and nothing is charged until you send a request and a musician accepts.

What connecting does not do

Read-only until you book

EM reads your schedule. It never edits your plans or adds people in Planning Center.

Free to connect

Connecting costs nothing. You only pay when you book a musician.

Disconnect any time

One tap in Settings removes the connection and the open-position cards.
